These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment and participation in courses offered by Pavictek Academy, a brand of Pavictek Digital Ltd ("we", "us"). By applying for or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms in full.
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or full payment as communicated by our team. Submission of an application form does not guarantee a place. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion. Cohort sizes are limited and places are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
Course fees are as published on the website at the time of application. Standard fees and NYSC corps member discounted rates are clearly stated on each course page. A deposit secures your seat; the balance is payable according to the schedule agreed at enrolment. Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in removal from the cohort without refund of the deposit. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦).
The corps member discount applies exclusively to individuals who present valid NYSC identification (NYSC ID card or call-up letter) at the time of application. Misrepresentation of NYSC status will result in the standard fee being charged. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Please refer to our full Refund Policy. Deposits are non-refundable. Full fees paid are eligible for partial refund if cancellation is made more than 7 days before cohort start. No refunds are available after a cohort has commenced.
Physical courses are held at our designated training centre(s). A minimum attendance rate of 75% is required to qualify for the final assessment and certificate issuance. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of: minimum 75% attendance, a pass in the practical assessment, and submission of the final project. Certificates are issued under the Pavictek Academy brand of Pavictek Digital Ltd. We do not guarantee employment or any specific income level as a result of certification.
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally in all physical and online sessions. Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour toward instructors or fellow students will result in immediate dismissal from the cohort without refund.
All course materials, lesson content, videos, and resources provided by Pavictek Academy are the intellectual property of Pavictek Digital Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any course material without prior written consent from Pavictek Digital Ltd.
Pavictek Academy provides education and training services only. We are not liable for any loss of income, business opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the use or application of skills learned in our courses. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.
